Why Should You Attend:
The federal government requires Affirmative Action Plans of employers who: have 50 or more employees and federal government contracts for $50,000 or more; have 100 or more employees even if they do not have federal government contracts. Very little understandable information exists on how or why to collect applicant flow data, what an Affirmative Action Plan does or how to make one, and how applicant flow data is integral in the process of creating an Affirmative Action Plan.
Many employers are not aware that by not having an Affirmative Action Plan they run the risk of losing their federal contracts. Many employers do not know how to create an Affirmative Action Plan. This webinar will inform employers about these and related matters that are critical to their “bottom line”.

His consulting company develops a variety of human resource and policy systems for employers in the private, non-profit, and public sectors. Areas of emphasis in his practice are legal compliance, hiring, classification, writing employee manuals, and workforce alignment.
He is a published author, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the national Society of Human Resource Management. His Bachelor of Arts degree is in Legal and Governmental Services from Pacific University in Oregon. His Master of Public Administration degree is from the University of Washington in Seattle.
