Glenn Harris, founded Pacific Executive & Education Leadership Associates LLC in December of 2012 following his service as a District and County Superintendent of Schools in California and Washington Where he provided oversight and training of Personnel Directors, Special Education Directors, Department Leaders, and site Administrators (Managers). His experience as an insurance board member is vital to his understanding of the impacts created to organization liability for ineffective employee performance documentation.
His experience as a Certified D.I.S.C. Personality Profiler and Professional Social-Emotional Intelligence trainer provides a unique perspective into the manner in which to work with employees on improving their performance. Mr. Harris has extensive experience in evaluating employee improvement plans and documentation of employee performance.
Mr. Harris graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelors and Masters in Science, and Saint Mary’s College with Professional Graduate Administrative Leadership Credentials. He is a practicing Executive Coach, D.I.S.C and Social-Emotional Intelligence trainer.
