Why Should You Attend:
Juries favor compensating whistleblowers. With government personnel resources being limited, the government is very strict with companies involved in fraudulent activities. But companies often face false whistleblower claims even when they aren’t doing something illegal.
In essence, it really doesn’t matter if an organization is doing everything right – it is the perception that counts. What the employee believed and how you respond can make all the difference in whether you can overcome a whistleblower claim. A strong whistleblower case typically will command a multi-million dollar jury verdict.
This webinar will focus on how to handle whistleblower claims and avoid litigation issues.
