Terms & Conditions:

1. Account activation and access to Training Subscription will be given within 24 hours upon completing your order. Once access is granted, payment is non-refundable due to the ability to download and stream content.
2. This subscription is not designed to be shared or transferable and for the person on whose name account is created.
3. If an employee under whose name the pass is activated is quitting the company, the pass cannot be transferred to another employee.
4. "Webinar All-Access Pass" is applicable to all On-demand trainings of duration up to 120 minutes to be viewed in the www.complianceonline.com website. CD/USB delivery, In-person seminar or any other training type is not included in this subscription.
5. The license is limited. You may not use, copy, store, reproduce, transmit, distribute, display, rent, lease, sell, modify, alter, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit any data provided by us in any manner not expressly permitted.
6. In addition, you may not modify, translate, decompile, create any derivative work(s) or, copy, distribute, disassemble, broadcast, transmit, or publish any training.
7. The recordings are available in webex recording format and It is the responsibility of the attendee to confirm with their IT team for system requirements and installation of Webex recording player
