Why Should You Attend:
Work-life balance is a big issue for employees and an even bigger issue for employers. From maternity (and paternity) leave to breast feeding to remote access, issues regarding families are on the rise. Even without one specific law on work-life balance, the EEOC estimates there are seventeen different theories that a plaintiff can use to sue for work-life employment violations.
Remaining up to date on the current status of the law is essential. If you haven’t caught up with the laws as they currently stand on pregnancy, child care, breast feeding, non-traditional families, you need to attend this program.
